Welcome to the National DBE Training Institute, a division
of Ken Weeden & Associates Inc. (KWA). KWA is nationally recognized as an expert in all phases of program development and service delivery in both the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concession DBE (ACDBE) programs, as well as program implementation and contract compliance/monitoring.

KWA is a hands-on compliance consulting firm, with over 30 years’ experience. The National DBE Training Institute was developed to provide training to professional development administrators of the federal DBE program and its state and local equivalents. These include Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise and Historically Underutilized Business programs.

The National DBE Training Institute is premised on the belief that well-trained, knowledgeable, professional personnel are the foundation of successful, vibrant, business utilization programs all across the country.
