In today’s fast-moving, high demand work environment, many highly placed professionals tele-work, work outside of the confines of a traditional office or without the need to travel to specific locations. Many complex business interactions, including sophisticated professional development training takes place virtually, online. The National DBE Training Institute recognizes the need for online training offerings as well. This is the first stage of our DBE Online University (DBE-OU), with our initial class offerings below:

This session has been carefully designed and tailored as “orientation” training for the NEW professional and/or businesses who just want to better understand the program basics. Followed by Q/A.

DBE 103: Developing the DBE Program Plan: Your Program’s Most Critical Document
Duration: 1 hr./15 mins..
Presenter: KWA Team
Summary: One of the first requirements of either a DBE, or ACDBE Program, i.e., that precedes, goal methodologies, certifications, monitoring, etc., is the development of an effective, comprehensive “Program” document, known simply as the DBE (or ACDBE) Program. This session has been tailored to “dive deep” into all of the elements necessary to be included in an effective DBE Program Plan. Note: A similar session for the ACDBE Program plan will be provided as a “separate offering by the National DBE Training Institute. This class is more effective for those who have completed Sessions 101, and 102. However, they are not necessarily pre-requisites. Followed by Q/A.
